To cancel your KOCOWA+ subscription, go to whichever service originally billed you: the KOCOWA+ website if you signed up there, or Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Roku, or Xfinity if you signed up through one of them. That is the single rule behind every method below, and canceling in the wrong place is the main reason people keep getting charged after they thought they were done.
Find Out Who Is Billing You
Open your bank or credit card statement and look at the KOCOWA charge. If the merchant shows as “KOCOWA,” you subscribed on the website. If it reads “Apple,” “Google,” “Amazon,” or “Roku,” that platform is handling the billing, and KOCOWA+ itself cannot stop those charges for you. The same works in reverse: Apple cannot cancel a subscription you bought directly from KOCOWA.
Before you start, have your login email and password ready, and note your next billing date so you can confirm the cancellation stuck.

Deleting the App Does Not Cancel Anything
Removing the KOCOWA+ app from your phone, tablet, or streaming device does not stop billing. The subscription lives in your account with KOCOWA+, Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, or Xfinity, and it will keep renewing until you cancel through one of the methods above. If you uninstalled the app weeks ago and assumed that was enough, check your statement now.
Canceling During the Free Trial
KOCOWA+ offers a 14-day free trial on monthly plans for first-time subscribers.7KOCOWA Help Center. How Do I Start the 14-Day Free Trial Cancel inside those 14 days and you will not be charged. Miss the window and the trial rolls into a paid month at the full monthly rate. Xfinity runs a shorter seven-day free trial on its add-on channels, with the same rule: cancel before it ends or the first month bills automatically.6Xfinity Support. Subscribe, Unsubscribe, and Manage Internet Subscription Video On Demand (iSVOD) Channels A calendar reminder a day or two before the trial ends is worth setting.
What Happens After You Cancel
You do not lose access right away. Your account stays active with full access through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and the service simply stops renewing after that.1KOCOWA Help Center. How Can I Cancel My Subscription
KOCOWA+ does not offer partial refunds for unused time left on a billing cycle, and the platforms that resell it (Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, Xfinity) do not either. You keep what you paid for until the expiration date.
Charged but No Active Subscription
If your card is being charged but KOCOWA+ says your subscription is not active, the usual cause is two separate accounts. “Sign in with Apple” is the common culprit: it can create a second account tied to an email different from the one you first registered with. Log out and sign back in using your other email to see whether the subscription lives there.8KOCOWA Help Center. My Subscription Was Paid, but It Is Not Active
If that does not explain it, submit a support ticket through the KOCOWA+ Help Center and select “Billing & Payments” as the category.9KOCOWA Help Center. Contact Us For subscriptions billed through Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, or Xfinity, contact that platform’s support team, because KOCOWA+ cannot see or adjust their billing systems.
