To cancel your MASN subscription, first check your bank or credit card statement to see which company is actually charging you, then cancel through that specific provider before your next renewal date. MASN reaches viewers through four separate billing paths: directly through MLB.com, through a live TV streaming service like FuboTV or DIRECTV STREAM, through a traditional cable or satellite provider, or through the Apple or Google app store on your phone. Canceling in the wrong place will not stop the charges.
If You Subscribed Through MLB.com

If You Subscribed Through FuboTV or DIRECTV STREAM
MASN currently rides on two live TV streaming platforms. If either name shows up on your statement, that’s where the cancellation has to happen.
FuboTV
Log in on the web, not the app. Go to My Account, then Subscription, then click to cancel. Fubo will almost certainly offer you a discount to stay. That offer screen is not a confirmation. You have to click through the retention offer and select Cancel Subscription for the cancellation to actually process, and a confirmation page will display when it does.4Fubo. Once canceled, you keep access through the end of your current billing period. The exception is a free trial, which ends immediately on cancellation with no remaining days.
DIRECTV STREAM
Sign in, open Manage My TV Subscription, choose Cancel My Subscription, and follow the prompts. Access continues through the end of your monthly billing cycle.5DIRECTV. If You Get MASN Through Cable or Satellite
Cable and satellite providers usually bundle MASN into a sports tier rather than selling it alone. Log into your provider’s account and look for Manage Plan, Change Package, or Customize Channels. Some providers let you drop the sports tier online; others require a phone call for channel-level changes.
Expect a retention pitch. Agents are trained to offer discounts, which can add ten to fifteen minutes to a call that should be short. Stay focused on completing the change. When it processes, ask for a confirmation number and save it.
Regional sports fees on a cable bill can run roughly $5 to $20 per month and should drop off once the sports tier is gone. Credits for mid-cycle changes don’t always land on the next statement. It can take one to two billing cycles for the adjustment to appear. If the fee is still there after two cycles, call back with the confirmation number.
If You Subscribed Through the Apple or Google App Store
If you signed up on your phone, Apple or Google is probably the biller, not MASN. Canceling inside the MASN app will not stop the charges. You have to cancel in your device’s subscription settings.

Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Find the MASN entry and tap Cancel Subscription. Open the Google Play Store app, go to Subscriptions, select the MASN entry, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access for the time already paid for, and future charges stop.8Google. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play If your subscription was on an installment payment plan, canceling stops auto-renewal, but you are still responsible for the remaining payments in the current plan period.
If You’re Still Being Charged After Canceling
The usual reason is canceling in the wrong place. Someone who signed up through Fubo but canceled inside the MASN app will keep getting billed by Fubo. Go back to your statement, identify the actual biller, and cancel there.
If a provider processes a charge after your confirmed cancellation date, dispute it as a billing error with your credit card company. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you have 60 days from the date the statement containing the error was sent to submit a written dispute.
