You keep access to what you already paid for until that billing period ends. A monthly subscription paid on the 5th stays active through the 5th of the next month even after you cancel. Save the confirmation email or screenshot the canceled status in your account, in case a charge shows up later.
If Charges Keep Appearing
If you have a confirmation number and a new charge still hits, contact Men.com support first with that number. Most post-cancellation billing errors clear up quickly. If the merchant won’t fix it, dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer. Banks generally side with the customer in subscription disputes when you can show proof of cancellation, and they’ll reverse the charge while investigating.
A stop-payment order with your bank is a last resort. It usually carries a fee, and it blocks the merchant rather than ending the subscription, so the account can technically remain active on the merchant’s side and produce collection attempts for unpaid charges. Cancel through the proper channel first, keep the documentation, and use the bank only if the merchant won’t honor it.
