How to Cancel Your MeUndies Subscription Online

To cancel your MeUndies subscription, log in, open your Account Info page, click Manage Membership, choose the cancel option, and then click Confirm Cancellation on the final screen. The whole thing takes about two minutes. The catch is that MeUndies does not send a confirmation email, so you have to verify the cancellation yourself by checking that no monthly order is still scheduled.

Cancel Before Your Next Membership Date

Your next scheduled membership date is the deadline. MeUndies sends a reminder three days before that date, and once the system places the next order automatically, you’re billed for it. Open your Account Info page first and note the date so you know how much runway you have.

You’ll need the email and password tied to the account. Reset the password before you start if you can’t remember it, so nothing stalls at the confirmation step.

The Online Cancellation Steps

Hover over the profile icon in the upper right corner of the MeUndies site and open Account Info. From there:

  • Click Manage Membership. A dropdown shows options to skip a month, reschedule your next shipment, or cancel.
  • Select the cancel option. A retention screen may offer a pause or a discount. Decline and continue.
  • Click Proceed to Cancel, then click Confirm Cancellation at the bottom of the next page.

That final Confirm Cancellation click is the one that ends the membership. Backing out before it leaves everything active.

How to Confirm the Cancellation Went Through

MeUndies does not email a cancellation confirmation. Log back into your account and open the Membership page. If the cancellation processed, there will be no monthly order scheduled. Screenshot that page. If a charge shows up later, you’ll want the dated proof.

An order already placed before you canceled still ships and still bills. MeUndies only allows order cancellation within the first hour of placement, so a membership order that already processed has to run its course.

Canceling Through Customer Support

If the online flow gives you trouble, the MeUndies support team (the CheekSquad) can process a cancellation directly. Live chat runs around the clock on the MeUndies website. You can also text them at (888) 552-6775, Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific.

Skip a Month Instead of Canceling

If you only want a break, skipping is the lighter option. It keeps the membership intact and reactivates automatically once the skipped date passes. You hold on to member pricing, which runs up to 30% off guest prices sitewide. Skipping lives in the same Manage Membership menu as the cancel option.

If You Get Charged After Canceling

Start with MeUndies live chat. Most post-cancellation charges are timing errors in the system rather than deliberate billing, and support can usually reverse them on the spot.

If that doesn’t resolve it, dispute the charge with your credit card issuer. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your liability for unauthorized charges is capped at $50, and you have 60 days from the date the charge appears on your statement to dispute it in writing. The issuer then has 90 days to resolve it. The Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act separately requires companies that bill on a recurring basis to provide clear terms and a straightforward way to stop charges.

Check Store Credit and Points First

Before you cancel, look at your balance. Federal law excludes loyalty and promotional credits from the gift card protections that block expiration and inactivity fees, so MeUndies can set its own rules on whether points or promotional credits survive after your membership ends. Spend what you have, or confirm the terms, before you confirm the cancellation.
