To cancel your Mindvalley membership, log into your account on mindvalley.com, open Billing & Subscriptions from your profile menu, and click Cancel next to your active subscription. If you signed up through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you have to cancel through that platform instead, because Mindvalley cannot end a subscription it does not bill. Canceling stops the next charge but does not refund what you already paid, and deleting the app does nothing to the billing.
Cancel Through the Mindvalley Website
If you subscribed directly on mindvalley.com, the whole process runs from your dashboard:
- Log in and click your profile picture in the top-right corner.

- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find Mindvalley in the list and tap it.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Cancel a Google Play Subscription
Same rule on Android: if Google Play processes your billing, cancellation goes through Google. Two routes work.

What Happens After You Cancel
You keep full access to the content library until your current billing cycle ends. On that date, all library content is removed from your account. One point people miss: uninstalling the Mindvalley app does nothing to stop billing. The subscription lives with Apple, Google, or Mindvalley, not with the app on your phone. Canceling Is Not the Same as Getting a Refund
These are two separate actions, and confusing them is where people lose money. A standard cancellation stops your next payment and lets you use the service through the end of the period you already paid for. No money comes back. Mindvalley’s refund policy is a 15-day money-back guarantee on your initial membership purchase. Within that window, a “Get a refund” option appears on your Billing & Subscriptions page. What the policy does not cover:
- Automatic renewals. All renewal payments are non-refundable. If your annual membership renewed and you forgot to cancel beforehand, that charge cannot be reversed.
- Requests after 15 days, regardless of how much time is left on your billing cycle.
- Pro-rated refunds for unused time on annual plans.
- Subscriptions billed through Apple or Google Play, which follow those platforms’ refund processes.

Pause Instead of Cancel
If you’re not ready to leave permanently, Mindvalley lets you pause a website subscription for up to three months. Start the cancellation flow the usual way, and when the system asks why you’re leaving, select “I am planning to come back.” Choose how long you want the pause to last and confirm. The reason to consider this before a full cancellation: once you cancel and the billing cycle ends, you lose access to the entire library. Pausing keeps your account intact without the charge.
