How to Cancel Your Mozart AI Subscription: Apple, Google, or Web

To cancel your Mozart AI subscription, go to the platform that actually bills you: your iPhone or iPad Subscriptions settings if you signed up through the App Store, the Google Play Store if you subscribed on Android, or your account dashboard on Mozart AI’s website if you paid the company directly. The whole process takes under two minutes, and you keep premium features until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

First, Find Out Who Bills You

Before you tap anything, figure out where you originally signed up. That decides who processes your recurring charge, and only that party can stop it. An App Store signup means Apple bills you. A Google Play signup means Google bills you. A signup on the Mozart AI website means the company bills you directly through its own payment processor.

Check your email for the original purchase confirmation. Apple receipts come from no_reply@email.apple.com, Google Play receipts come from googleplay-noreply@google.com, and a direct website purchase shows a charge from Mozart AI or its parent company. Your bank statement will also show the merchant name on the recurring line item. Getting this wrong is the most common mistake: you’ll run through a cancellation flow that does nothing while the real subscription keeps charging you.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel in your device settings:

  • Open the Settings app and tap your name at the top of the screen.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Tap Mozart AI in the list of active subscriptions.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

If you don’t see a Cancel Subscription button and instead see an expiration date in red text, the subscription is already canceled and will expire on that date.1Apple Support. If You Want To Cancel a Subscription From Apple You can also manage subscriptions at apps.apple.com from any browser if your device isn’t handy.

Cancel at least a day before your renewal date. Apple processes renewals automatically, and once a charge posts you have to request a refund separately.

Cancel on Google Play

For subscriptions bought through the Play Store, open the Play Store app on your Android device:

  • Tap your profile icon in the top right.
  • Tap Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  • Select Mozart AI.
  • Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Cancel before the next billing date. Google’s system renews automatically, and reversing a posted charge means filing a refund request rather than a simple cancellation.

Cancel a Website Subscription

If you signed up directly on Mozart AI’s website, log in and look for a subscription or billing section under account settings. The exact navigation depends on the current interface, but the option lives under account management or billing preferences.

If you can’t find it, email Mozart AI’s support team at contact@scate.io. Include your account email, the date you want cancellation to take effect, and ask for written confirmation that the recurring charge has been stopped. Save that email. It becomes your proof if a charge shows up later.

What Happens After You Cancel

Canceling stops future charges. It does not cut off your access right away. You keep premium features through the end of the billing period you already paid for, then the account reverts to whatever free tier is available.

Mozart AI’s privacy policy states that user data is “retained only as long as necessary and is deleted within 30 days” of no longer being needed.2Google Sites. Mozart AI If you’ve made music or audio files you want to keep, download them before your premium access expires. Waiting until after the subscription lapses risks losing access to anything stored on the platform.

If You Were Charged Anyway

If the subscription renewed before you canceled, your refund options depend on who billed you.

Apple App Store

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select “Request a refund.” Pick a reason, select the Mozart AI charge, and submit. Apple typically responds within 24 to 48 hours.3Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple Approval isn’t guaranteed, but accidental renewals where you clearly tried to cancel beforehand are often approved, especially on a first request.

Google Play

Google recommends contacting the app developer directly as the fastest route for subscription refunds. You can also submit a request through Google Play’s support page. If the charge was completely unauthorized, you have 120 days from the transaction date to report it.4Google Play Help. Learn About Google Play Refund Policies

Direct Website Purchases

Email contact@scate.io and explain what happened. Most digital subscription services do not offer prorated refunds for partially used billing periods, so the sooner you reach out after an unwanted renewal, the stronger your case.

Disputing the Charge With Your Bank

If Mozart AI or the app store won’t refund the charge, you can dispute it directly with your credit card issuer. Federal law gives you 60 calendar days from the date the charge appears on your statement to send a written billing error notice to your card company.5Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Once your written dispute lands, the card company has 30 days to acknowledge it and must complete its investigation within two full billing cycles. During that time the issuer cannot report the disputed amount as delinquent or take collection action against you for that charge.6Federal Trade Commission. 15 USC 1666-1666j – Fair Credit Billing Act Keep copies of your cancellation confirmation and any refund correspondence. Your card company will ask for documentation.

Avoiding Surprise Renewals

Mozart AI offers weekly subscriptions at $6.99 or $9.99 and an annual plan at $49.99, so even a forgotten weekly plan adds up quickly. A few habits help:

  • Set a calendar reminder two days before any renewal date when you start a paid plan. That buffer gives you time if a cancellation flow misbehaves.
  • Check your active subscriptions every couple of months. Both Apple and Google list everything in one place.
  • Screenshot or save the cancellation confirmation, whether it’s an email or an on-screen message. It’s the single most useful piece of evidence if a charge appears later.
