Canceling During the Free Trial

Before You Cancel, Save Your Child’s Work
The terms don’t say how long Night Zookeeper keeps your child’s stories, drawings, and progress after cancellation. Save anything worth keeping first. Log into your child’s account and screenshot or copy the pieces you want, and use any export option the dashboard offers. Once access ends, retrieving that work may not be possible.
Check the Next Billing Date
After canceling, watch your statement around the date the next charge would have posted.
