Confirming the Cancellation Went Through

If Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel
If Nooro continues billing you, contact support again first with your cancellation record. If that goes nowhere, you have two other paths.
File a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Explain that you canceled and are still being charged, and ask them to dispute it. Under federal law, you generally have 60 days from the billing statement date to dispute unauthorized charges on a credit card.
