To cancel an O Positiv subscription, log into your account at opositiv.com, open the Manage Subscriptions page, and cancel the specific product before your next renewal date. You can also email hello@opositiv.com and ask the support team to cancel for you. There’s no minimum commitment, but timing matters: once a renewal charge processes, it stands, and your subscription stays active through that cycle.
Cancel Through Your Account Dashboard
Go to opositiv.com/account and sign in with the email address you used to order. If your password isn’t working, request a login link sent to that email instead of fighting the reset flow.
Open Manage Subscriptions. Every active subscription is listed with its next renewal date. Pick the product you want to end, then work through the prompts. The system will likely ask why you’re leaving before it processes anything. Click through every confirmation screen until you see a message that the subscription has been canceled. If you close the tab before that final screen, the cancellation may not register and you’ll be charged on the next renewal date.1O Positiv. Terms of Service
The deadline is simple. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for that period. After the charge processes, it covers that billing cycle in full.1O Positiv. Terms of Service
Cancel by Email
If the website isn’t cooperating or you want a written record, email hello@opositiv.com and ask to cancel.2O Positiv. Contact Us Include your full name, the email address on the account, and which product subscription you want ended if you have more than one.
Save the email you send and anything you get back. A human has to process the request, so there’s lag built in. If you don’t see a confirmation within a few business days, follow up or cancel through the account portal yourself before your renewal date arrives.
O Positiv does not offer phone or SMS cancellation. Email is the only support channel listed on their contact page.2O Positiv. Contact Us
Skip a Shipment Instead
If the real problem is that you have too much product sitting around, you can skip the next shipment from the same dashboard where you’d cancel. You can also push the ship date, change your billing or shipping address, or swap products on an active subscription.3O Positiv. Subscribe and Save4O Positiv. Contact Us
Subscription pricing is often lower than one-time purchase pricing. Canceling outright and then re-subscribing later can cost more than skipping a cycle and keeping the current rate.
Getting a Refund
O Positiv offers a 30-day refund window starting from the date of your first purchase, covering up to two bottles. You usually don’t have to ship product back unless the company tells you to. Shipping costs are not refundable, so you’ll get back less than you originally paid.5O Positiv. Refund Policy
If your first purchase was before October 1, 2025, the older 60-day guarantee applies instead. Refunds are issued at the company’s discretion and go back to the original payment method. The policy applies to initial purchases, not to every renewal shipment, so don’t assume a processed renewal is refundable.5O Positiv. Refund Policy
Orders Already in Motion
Canceling stops future renewals. It does not pull back an order that has already been charged and sent to fulfillment. If the current cycle’s charge went through before you canceled, that shipment is still coming and the charge stays. Your subscription just ends after that final delivery.1O Positiv. Terms of Service
This is where most people get caught. They cancel the day before the renewal, assume the charge is blocked, and then watch it hit the account anyway. Check the renewal date on your dashboard and cancel with some margin.
If the Company Won’t Let You Cancel
The Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA) requires any company selling subscriptions online to provide a simple cancellation mechanism, disclose material terms before taking billing information, and get your express consent before charging you.6Office of the Law Revision Counsel. United States Code Title 15 – 8403 O Positiv cannot legally make canceling significantly harder than signing up was.
If a cancellation request is ignored or blocked, you have two levers. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at ftc.gov, which enforces ROSCA. You can also dispute the charge with your credit card company or bank. Under federal law, your card issuer must investigate billing disputes raised in writing within 60 days of the statement date showing the charge. A dispute won’t close your subscription with the merchant, but it can recover money for charges that posted after you tried to cancel.
