To cancel an Omaze subscription, log in at omaze.co.uk, open “Manage Subscriptions,” and click “Cancel” next to the subscription you want to end. That works if you signed up directly through the website. If you enrolled through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or PayPal, the billing lives on that platform and you have to cancel there instead. Picking the wrong route is the single most common reason charges keep landing on a statement after someone thinks they’ve quit.
Cancel on the Omaze Website

Cancel Through Apple or Google Play
If you subscribed inside a mobile app, the Omaze website may show nothing to cancel. Apple and Google handle the billing directly, and only they can stop it.
On iPhone or iPad
Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap “Subscriptions.” Find Omaze, tap it, and tap “Cancel Subscription.” If there’s no cancel button and a red expiration message appears instead, the subscription is already canceled.3Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
Apple requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. Miss that window and you’ll be billed for one more cycle before the cancellation takes effect.
On Android
Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then “Payments & subscriptions,” then “Subscriptions.” Select Omaze and tap “Cancel subscription.” Uninstalling the app does not cancel anything, because the billing agreement sits in your Google account, not the app.4Google Play Help. Google recommends canceling at least 48 hours before the renewal date so the next charge doesn’t process.
Cancel Through PayPal
Signing up with PayPal creates a separate automatic payment authorization. Even after you cancel on the Omaze website, that PayPal billing agreement can stay active unless you revoke it too.
On the PayPal website, open Settings, click “Payments,” then “Subscriptions and saved businesses” (sometimes labeled “Automatic Payments”). Locate Omaze and cancel the automatic payment. Cancel by Email
If the dashboard is uncooperative, or you just want a written record, email team@omaze.co.uk with a cancellation request. Include your full name and the email tied to your Omaze account. Email is slower than the dashboard, but it produces a dated record if charges continue afterward.
Refunds and What Happens to Your Entries
New subscribers have 14 days from the sign-up date to cancel and receive a full refund of the membership fee. Omaze refunds to the original payment method and commits to issuing the money within 14 days of being notified.2Omaze UK. Subscription Terms of Use

Why Charges Sometimes Keep Coming
Most cancellation failures trace back to the same handful of mistakes.
- Multiple accounts under different emails. Each Omaze subscription is tied to a specific email address. Sign up twice with slight variations (a @me.com and an @icloud.com alias that route to the same inbox, for example) and each account carries its own subscription. Canceling one does nothing to the other.
- Multiple tiers on one account. A booster pack or a second tier is a separate subscription, and each needs its own cancellation click.1Omaze. How Can I Cancel My Subscription?
- Canceling in the wrong place. If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, or PayPal, the Omaze site may show no active subscription. Cancel where the billing originates.3Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
- Cutting it too close to renewal. Apple wants at least 24 hours before renewal; Google Play recommends 48. Miss the window and one more charge goes through.
- Assuming a failed payment ended things. When a card expires and a payment fails, Omaze emails instructions to fix it. Resolve the payment problem and charges resume. A failed payment is not a cancellation.8Omaze. Omaze Subscriptions
If Charges Won’t Stop
Check the bank or credit card statement first and identify who is actually billing you. A charge from Apple or Google confirms the subscription is running through the app store, not through Omaze directly.3Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
If you’ve canceled through the correct platform and the charges continue, contact your card issuer to dispute them. Most banks allow chargebacks for unauthorized recurring charges. A dated confirmation email or a screenshot of the canceled account strengthens the dispute.
The FTC’s click-to-cancel rule, finalized in October 2024, requires subscription sellers to make cancellation as simple as the original sign-up and to stop charges immediately once a consumer cancels.9Federal Trade Commission. Old US Subscriptions
Omaze once ran a US sweepstakes platform at omaze.com. In January 2023 the company stopped adding new US experiences and shifted its focus to the UK and German markets, and omaze.com now directs visitors to those draws. If charges from a legacy US subscription are still appearing, the same cancellation checks apply: your Omaze account, your app store subscriptions, and your PayPal automatic payments.
