To cancel your OnlyFans subscription, log in at OnlyFans.com, open the Subscriptions page from your profile menu, toggle off auto-renew next to the creator you want to stop paying, and confirm the prompt. The listing should switch from a “Renews” date to an “Expires” date. That change is your confirmation. You keep access until the paid period ends, and no further charges go through.
Cancel on a Desktop Browser
OnlyFans subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless you actively stop them. On a computer:
- Sign in at OnlyFans.com with your email and password.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Subscriptions.
- In the Active list, find the creator you want to stop paying.
- Toggle off the Auto-Renew switch next to their name. It shows green when active.
- A pop-up will ask why you’re canceling. Pick a reason or skip, then confirm.
Check the status. If it now reads “Expires” with a date, the cancellation went through. If it still says “Renews,” it didn’t. The most common mistake is toggling the switch but closing the pop-up before confirming, which leaves the subscription active. Go back and finish it.
Cancel on Your Phone
OnlyFans does not bill through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so nothing shows up in your phone’s built-in subscription settings. You have to use a browser. Open Safari or Chrome, go to onlyfans.com, and log in. Tap your profile icon, choose Subscriptions, find the creator, toggle off auto-renew, and confirm.
One quirk: on mobile the toggle sometimes needs a second tap to register. Before closing the browser, make sure the listing shows an expiration date rather than a renewal date. If it looks the same as before, tap again.
Canceling More Than One Creator
There is no “cancel all” button. If you subscribe to five creators, you have to repeat the toggle-and-confirm five times. Before you start, scroll through the entire Active list so you know how many subscriptions you actually have. It’s easy to miss one at the bottom, and the missed one keeps billing.
What Happens After You Cancel
Canceling stops future charges. It does not cut off access right away. You keep full viewing privileges for that creator’s content through the end of the 30-day cycle you already paid for. Cancel on day 10, and you still have 20 days of access. When the period ends, the content locks behind the paywall again, and the Following tab updates with the expiration date.
OnlyFans does not issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle. The 30 days are considered paid in full regardless of when you cancel. The Terms of Service also state that if an account is terminated for a rules violation, prepaid subscription payments are not refunded.1OnlyFans. Terms of Service
Refunds and Wallet Credits
OnlyFans keeps a strict no-refund policy on subscription purchases once you have gained access to a creator’s content. Exceptions may be made for billing errors, unauthorized charges, duplicate charges, or cases where a creator’s account was deactivated shortly after you subscribed. Contact OnlyFans support through the help section of your account if any of those apply.
Wallet credits are handled separately. If you preloaded money into your OnlyFans wallet, that balance is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash. The Terms of Service put it directly: “Wallet Credits are non-refundable, which means that you are not entitled to a refund of any unused Wallet Credits.”1OnlyFans. Terms of Service Spend anything left in your wallet before you leave the platform.
Before disputing a charge with your bank, log back in and check the Active list. A charge after your expiration date usually means either the cancellation didn’t finish or a second subscription is still active. Chargebacks filed in bad faith can result in OnlyFans suspending or deleting your account.1OnlyFans. Terms of Service
Deleting Your Account Entirely
Canceling subscriptions stops payments but leaves your profile in place. If you want the account gone from the platform, deletion is a separate step, and you have to cancel every active subscription first. Skip that, and those subscriptions can keep billing after you think the account is closed.
To delete:
- Click your profile icon and open Settings.
- Scroll to the Account section at the bottom of the page.
- Select Delete Account. You’ll be asked for your password and may need to complete a captcha.
- Click the final confirmation button.
Deletion is permanent. Access to everything cuts off immediately, and your profile, message history, and any saved content disappear. There is no way to reverse it.
Confirming the Charges Stopped
Check your bank or card statement a few days after cancellation. OnlyFans transactions usually show as “ONLYFANS.COM” with a letter suffix, such as “ONLYFANS.COM*A” or “ONLYFANS.COM*B.” Depending on how the payment cleared, you might also see “CCBill.com *OnlyFans” or “PAYPAL *ONLYFANS.” If a charge lands after your expiration date, log in and recheck the Active list before contacting your bank.
