To cancel Paramount Plus on a Roku TV, highlight the Paramount Plus channel on your home screen, press the Star button on your remote, select Manage Subscription, and turn off auto-renew. The whole thing takes about thirty seconds. The catch: those steps only work if Roku is the one billing you. If you signed up through Paramount’s website, Apple, or Amazon, you have to cancel through that platform instead.
First, Check Who’s Actually Billing You
Roku can only cancel subscriptions that go through Roku Pay. If a different company is charging your card, the Roku cancellation menu won’t show anything useful and you’ll end up chasing options that don’t exist.
The fastest way to check is to highlight the Paramount Plus channel on your Roku home screen, press the Star button, and look for a Manage Subscription option. If it appears, Roku handles the billing and you can cancel from there. If it doesn’t appear, someone else is collecting your money and you’ll need to go to them.

Cancel From the Roku Device
From the home screen, scroll to the Paramount Plus channel and highlight it. Don’t press OK. Press the Star button (the asterisk key) on your remote. A side menu pops up.

Cancel From a Browser Instead
If you’d rather use a computer or phone, go to my.roku.com/subscriptions and sign in with the email tied to your Roku account. Under Active subscriptions, find Paramount Plus, click Manage subscription, and select Turn off auto-renew.2Roku Support. If You Didn’t Subscribe Through Roku
This is where most of the confusion happens. Paramount Plus can be billed through several different platforms, and each one requires you to cancel through its own system. Roku can’t touch a subscription it doesn’t manage.

Billed Through Apple

What Happens After You Cancel
Canceling doesn’t cut off your access right away. You keep watching through the end of your current billing period, and Paramount Plus does not issue refunds for the unused portion of a cycle.6Paramount+ Help Center. What’s the Refund Policy for Paramount+? Cancel on day five of a monthly cycle and you still have the remaining days you already paid for.
Roku sends a confirmation email once the cancellation goes through.2Roku Support. Manage or Cancel Subscriptions on Roku Keep it. If a charge shows up on your statement after cancellation, that email is the evidence you need to dispute it.
One boundary worth knowing: if you’re on the Paramount Plus with Showtime tier, canceling the plan ends your Showtime access too. The Showtime library is bundled into that tier, not a separate subscription.
When Manage Subscription Doesn’t Appear
If you press Star on the Paramount Plus channel and no Manage Subscription option shows up, the likeliest reason is that Roku isn’t the biller. Check your bank statement to see which company is collecting the charge, then use the matching cancellation path above.
Another common cause: you may be signed into a different Roku account than the one that originally purchased the subscription. If your household has more than one Roku account, the subscription only appears under the account that bought it.
