To cancel Paramount+ on Amazon, sign into the Amazon account that’s being billed, open Your Memberships and Subscriptions, find Paramount+, and select Unsubscribe. The cancellation has to happen on Amazon’s side. This is the fastest path.
- Sign into the Amazon account that holds the Paramount+ subscription. If you have more than one Amazon account, check your bank statement to see which email is tied to the charge.
- Go to Your Memberships and Subscriptions, either from Account & Lists in the top menu or directly at amazon.com/yourmembershipsandsubscriptions.
- Find Paramount+ in the list of active subscriptions.
- Select Unsubscribe and confirm.

Cancel in the Prime Video App
If you mostly watch through Prime Video on a phone, tablet, or streaming device, open the app, go to Account & Settings, and select Your subscriptions from the top menu. What Happens to Your Access
In most cases you keep access to Paramount+ until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. The confirmation screen shows the exact expiration date, and Paramount+ drops off your Prime Video channel lineup after that. No further charges hit your card.1Amazon. One choice during the cancellation flow is worth paying attention to. Amazon sometimes offers a self-service refund. If you accept it, your cancellation takes effect immediately and your access ends right away. If You’re on a Free Trial
Cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. The steps are the same. Canceling early doesn’t cut the trial short; you can still watch through the end of the trial window. If Paramount+ Doesn’t Show Up in Your Subscriptions
The usual reason is a different Amazon account. If household members have separate logins, or you used a different email when you first subscribed, Paramount+ won’t appear in the list you’re looking at. Pull up the charge on your bank or credit card statement, which will typically reference Amazon, and match it to the email on that payment method.
If the charge isn’t from Amazon at all, you subscribed somewhere else: directly through Paramount+, through Apple, through Roku, or another platform. In that case the cancellation has to go through whichever service is doing the billing, not Amazon.
