How to Cancel Your Paramount+ Subscription: Website, Apple, Roku

To cancel your Paramount+ subscription, cancel it through whoever actually charges you: Paramount+ directly if you signed up at paramountplus.com, or Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Roku, or your wireless carrier if you subscribed through one of them. The whole process takes a couple of minutes once you know which door to knock on. Paramount+ does not refund fees you have already paid, so cancel before your next billing date if you want to avoid another cycle.1Paramount Skydance. Terms of Use

First, Check Who Is Billing You

Pull up your credit card or bank statement and look at the merchant on the Paramount+ charge. If it reads “Paramount+” or “Paramount Plus,” you subscribed directly and cancel on their website. If the charge comes from Apple, Google, Amazon, or Roku, that company handles your billing and is the only one that can stop it.

This is the step people skip and regret. Logging into paramountplus.com and hunting for a cancel button does nothing if Apple is the one running the charge. The billing relationship sits with the platform that signed you up, and that is where the cancel button lives.

Cancel on the Paramount+ Website

Log into your account at paramountplus.com and click your profile name in the upper-right corner. Select “Account” from the dropdown, then click “Cancel Subscription.” Expect a couple of retention prompts and probably a discount offer. Keep clicking through until you see a confirmation screen, and save the confirmation email that follows. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period and stops after that.2Paramount+ Support. How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

Cancel Through Apple

On an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap “Subscriptions.” Find Paramount+, tap it, and tap “Cancel Subscription.” On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name, click “Account Settings,” scroll to Subscriptions, click “Manage,” select Paramount+, and click “Cancel Subscription.”3Apple Support. Cancel Through Google Play

Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, and go to “Payments & subscriptions,” then “Subscriptions.” Tap Paramount+ and then “Cancel subscription.” You can also do this in a browser at play.google.com under the same subscriptions section. Google recommends cancelling at least 48 hours before your renewal date so the next charge does not process first.

Cancel Through Amazon

If you added Paramount+ through Amazon or an Amazon Fire TV device, go to “Your Memberships and Subscriptions” on the Amazon website, select Paramount+, and turn off auto-renew.4Amazon. Manage Your Amazon Subscriptions If you added it as a Prime Video channel, go to “Manage Your Subscriptions,” choose “Your subscriptions” from the top menu, find the Paramount+ add-on, and click “Unsubscribe.”5Amazon. Cancel Through Roku

On a Roku device, press Home, highlight the Paramount+ channel, press the Star button, and select “Manage subscription,” then “Turn off auto-renew.” On the web, go to my.roku.com/subscriptions, select Paramount+ under “Active subscriptions,” click “Manage subscription,” and turn off auto-renew.6Roku Support. Cancel a Carrier Bundle

Some wireless carriers, including T-Mobile, include Paramount+ as a plan perk. In that case you manage the subscription through your carrier account, not through Paramount+ or an app store. T-Mobile customers do this on their “Manage your plan” page.7T-Mobile Support. Paramount+ If you also had a separate Paramount+ subscription through another provider before the carrier perk, cancel that one independently or you will keep paying twice.

What Happens After You Cancel

Cancelling does not cut off your access immediately. You keep watching through the end of your current billing period, and the account goes inactive after that date.2Paramount+ Support. How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

No Refunds for Unused Time

Paramount+ does not issue refunds for fees you have already paid, on either a monthly or an annual plan.1Paramount Skydance. Terms of Use Cancel an annual plan six months in and you get nothing back, though you keep access until the year ends. If your renewal is tomorrow, cancel today.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

On a free trial, cancelling ends the trial at its scheduled expiration date, not immediately, and you will not be charged as long as you cancel before the trial runs out. For promotional offers that span multiple billing periods, cancelling ends access at the close of the current billing period rather than at the end of the full promotional window.2Paramount+ Support. How Do I Cancel My Subscription? If you signed up for three discounted months and cancel during month one, you lose months two and three of the deal.

If You Are Still Getting Charged

The most common reason charges keep appearing is that the cancellation happened on the wrong platform. Recheck your bank statement, identify the merchant, and cancel through that company.

If you cancelled through the correct channel and charges continue, federal rules give you leverage. Under the FTC’s Negative Option Rule, which took effect in 2025, a company that signed you up online must let you cancel online through a process at least as simple as the signup. They cannot force you into a phone call or a chat if you originally subscribed with a few clicks.8Federal Register. Negative Option Rule

Disputing Charges With Your Card Issuer

If the billing does not stop, your credit card issuer is the next step. The Fair Credit Billing Act lets you dispute unauthorized or erroneous charges by writing to your issuer within 60 days of the statement showing the charge.9Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors Send the letter to the billing-inquiries address your issuer designates, not the payment address, and include your account number, the charge amount, and why it is wrong. The issuer must acknowledge the dispute within 30 days and resolve it within 90 days. While the investigation is open, the issuer cannot try to collect the disputed amount, charge interest on it, or report it as delinquent.10Federal Trade Commission. Using Credit Cards and Disputing Charges

Hold on to your cancellation confirmation email and any screenshots from the cancellation flow. That documentation is what turns a dispute into a fast resolution instead of a drawn-out exchange.
