First, Check Where You’re Being Billed
Canceling in the wrong place is the single most common reason people get charged after they thought they ended their subscription. Pull up a recent bank or credit card statement and look at the charge. It will show as a payment to Apple, to Google, or as a direct charge from Polycam (often processed through Stripe). You can also search your inbox for a receipt from Apple, Google Play, or Polycam. Whoever took your money is the only one who can stop taking it.
Cancel Through the Apple App Store

If there’s no Cancel button and you instead see an expiration date in red, the subscription is already canceled and will end on that date. Cancel Through Google Play
On Android, open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then go to Payments & subscriptions, followed by Subscriptions. Find Polycam, tap it, select Cancel subscription, and confirm.3Google Play Help. Don’t push it to the final day; give the system a buffer.
Google Play also offers a pause option on subscriptions that support it. If you see “Pause payments” on the management screen, you can suspend billing for a stretch between one week and three months, after which the subscription resumes automatically.3Google Play Help. Cancel on the Polycam Website

The deadline matters here more than anywhere else. Polycam’s terms require cancellation at least five days before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.1Polycam. Canceling a Free Trial

One warning: if you cancel a trial or let it end without converting, Polycam’s terms say any content or data from that trial account may no longer be available to you, and the company may delete it.1Polycam. Terms of Service Export anything worth keeping before the trial expires.
Refunds
For web subscriptions billed directly by Polycam, all payments are non-refundable. No partial refunds for unused time, no refunds for canceling in the middle of a cycle.6Polycam Help Center. Polycam Refund Policy That’s why hitting the five-day window matters.
Subscriptions through Apple or Google aren’t covered by Polycam’s refund policy at all. Refund requests have to go through Apple or Google support directly, and each platform runs its own review with no guarantee of approval.6Polycam Help Center. Polycam Refund Policy
What Happens After You Cancel
Canceling doesn’t cut off access right away. You keep full paid features until the end of the billing cycle you’ve already paid for. Cancel on the 5th with a renewal on the 20th, and the account still works through the 20th.6Polycam Help Center. Your scans and files sit in a gray zone. Polycam’s terms give the company discretion to delete content after an account is downgraded or terminated, but don’t require it.1Polycam. Terms of Service If you want to be sure you can get back to your 3D models, floor plans, or scans later, export them before your paid window closes.
To confirm the cancellation stuck, open your Polycam billing page. It should show a pending cancellation with an expiration date instead of an active renewal. If You Have an Enterprise Agreement
