To cancel a Reality Kings membership, log in to your account on the Reality Kings website and use the cancel option in your account settings, call support at +1-877-271-6423, or cancel directly through whichever company bills your card. If you signed up through the Google Play Store or Apple’s App Store, you have to cancel inside that store, because Reality Kings cannot stop those charges for you.
Check Your Statement Before You Do Anything
Pull up your credit card or bank statement and find the charge. Reality Kings doesn’t always bill under its own name. The descriptor will usually read as one of its billing processors (Epoch, SegPay, or Probiller) or an abbreviation like RK or VTS. If the charge shows up as Google or Apple, you subscribed through an app store and the cancellation has to happen there.
This one check tells you which of the paths below to use. Skipping it is where most people lose time.
Cancel on the Reality Kings Website
Log in with the email and username you used at signup. Open your account settings or member dashboard, find the active subscription, and click the cancel option. Confirm when prompted.
If you’ve forgotten your username, check the purchase confirmation email from when you signed up. The username may have been modified with numbers if your first choice was taken. If you still can’t find it, reach support through live chat (8:00 AM to 11:59 PM EST), by phone, or through the contact form at support.realitykings.com/email.
Cancel by Phone

Cancel Through Google Play or Apple
App store subscriptions can only be stopped through the app store itself. Canceling on the Reality Kings site or calling its billing processors won’t touch those charges.
Google Play
Deleting the app doesn’t cancel anything. Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, select the subscription, and tap Cancel subscription.5Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
Apple
On an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Select the subscription and tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to see the button. Trial Memberships Convert Automatically
Discounted trial memberships roll over into standard monthly subscriptions unless you cancel before the trial period ends.1Realitykings Support. Billing Questions and Cancellations If a full-price charge appeared on your statement after what you thought was a one-time trial fee, this is almost always why. The methods above work for trials too, but you have to act before the trial window closes.
Confirm the Cancellation Went Through
You should receive a confirmation email. Save it. If you canceled by phone, ask for a confirmation number or reference ID before you hang up. That record is what protects you if another charge shows up later.
Cancellation stops future billing but usually leaves your access intact through the end of the period you already paid for. Check your account profile on Reality Kings for a canceled or expiring status. If it still shows active a few hours later, contact support again with your confirmation details.
Refunds and Chargebacks
Reality Kings takes billing inquiries and refund requests through the contact form at support.realitykings.com/email. Select the option for unfamiliar charges so the request goes to the billing team.7Realitykings Support. Realitykings Support Email The site doesn’t publish a refund policy with fixed timeframes, so results depend on your circumstances and how quickly you reach out.
A chargeback through your bank is a last resort. Companies routinely respond to chargebacks by permanently banning the associated account and cutting off any remaining access. Try the cancellation and refund process first.
Deleting Your Personal Data
Canceling the subscription stops the billing. It does not erase your personal information or payment history from the company’s records. To have that data removed, email privacy@realitykings.com and cite the law that applies where you live, such as the CCPA in California or the GDPR in the European Union. Include your username or account number so they can find you. Don’t send your password or anything the company doesn’t already have on file.
Your Right to a Simple Cancellation
Under the Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act, any business using automatic renewals or recurring billing for internet-based services must give you a straightforward way to stop future charges. The FTC reads this to mean cancellation has to be at least as easy as signup and available through the same method. If you enrolled online, the company has to let you cancel online. Burying the cancel option, forcing phone calls when signup was digital, or routing you through endless screens can trigger civil penalties. If any subscription service blocks you from canceling, file a complaint at ftc.gov.
