To cancel a Skinesa subscription, sign into your account at skinesa.com and use the “Manage your subscriptions” dashboard, or email support@skinesa.com. Either way, your request has to reach Skinesa before 8 AM Eastern on the day your next order ships, or you’ll be billed for that cycle.1Skinesa. Shipping Policy – Skinesa
Cancel Through Your Skinesa Account
Go to the Skinesa account login page and sign in with the email and password you used when you subscribed. Forgot the password? Use the “Forgot your password?” link and Skinesa will email a reset.2Skinesa. Account – Skinesa
Once you’re in, click “Manage your subscriptions.” That’s a separate area from the standard customer login and opens a dashboard listing your active plans.3Skinesa. Account – Skinesa – Section: Already a Subscriber? Select your subscription, choose the cancel option, and work through the confirmation prompts until the dashboard shows the subscription as cancelled. Screenshot that confirmation before you close the tab. If a charge shows up later, that image is what you’ll send to Skinesa or your card issuer.
Cancel by Email If the Portal Won’t Work
If you can’t reach the dashboard, email support@skinesa.com with a subject line like “Cancel Subscription.” Include your full name and the email address on the account. Support runs Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and typically responds within 24 hours.4Skinesa. Contact Us – Skinesa Save the confirmation reply. A timestamped exchange is your proof of when you cancelled.
Skinesa also offers a contact form on its Contact Us page, but the company’s own guidance points to email as the fastest route. There is no published customer service phone number.
The 8 AM Eastern Ship-Day Deadline
Skinesa only processes cancellations that come in before 8 AM Eastern on the day your order ships.1Skinesa. Shipping Policy – Skinesa Miss it and you’ll be charged for that cycle even if you cancel an hour later. The shipment already in motion is yours to keep and pay for; only subsequent orders will stop.
Check your account dashboard or your most recent order confirmation email for the exact ship date. The adult probiotic runs $49 per month and Kids Chewables run $35 per month, so a few hours can decide whether you pay for another bottle. Canceling several days early costs nothing.
Pause or Slow Shipments Instead
If the problem is stockpiling rather than the product itself, the same “Manage your subscriptions” dashboard lets you change how often shipments arrive.5Skinesa. Skinesa FAQ Stretching to every 60 or 90 days keeps your subscription pricing while giving you time to work through what you already have.
Refunds Are Separate From Canceling
Canceling stops future shipments. It doesn’t refund what you’ve already paid. Skinesa’s 90-day money-back guarantee is a separate request, available on products bought through its website within 90 days of your first purchase date.6Skinesa. Refund Policy – Skinesa
You don’t ship anything back. Email support@skinesa.com with a photo of up to three open, empty bottles with the caps off, plus the name and email on the order. Refunds go back to the original payment method within three to five business days after Skinesa receives the email, and your bank may take up to five additional days to post the credit. You can cancel future shipments and still claim a refund on bottles you already received, as long as you’re inside the 90-day window.
If You’re Charged After Canceling
Watch your statements for at least two billing cycles after you cancel. If a charge appears, email support@skinesa.com and attach your cancellation confirmation. Most post-cancellation charges are processing glitches that get reversed quickly.
If Skinesa doesn’t fix it, dispute the charge with your credit card issuer. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you generally have 60 days from the date the charge appears on your statement to file a written dispute. The card company must acknowledge the dispute within 30 days and resolve it within two billing cycles. Your cancellation screenshot and email confirmations are the documentation the issuer will ask for.
