How to Cancel Your Tenorshare Subscription: Web, App Store, and PayPal

To cancel a Tenorshare subscription, you have to cancel through whichever platform you originally paid: if you bought directly on Tenorshare’s website you must contact their support team, and if you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, or PayPal, you cancel inside that account. There is no single universal cancel button, and figuring out how to cancel your Tenorshare subscription starts with identifying which of those four paths applies to you.

Identify Where You Bought It

Pull up the confirmation email from your original purchase. The order number tells you which path to take. Direct Tenorshare orders start with “T” followed by a long string of digits. Google Play orders start with “GPA” followed by groups of numbers separated by dashes. Apple and PayPal purchases appear in receipts from those platforms.1Tenorshare. Can’t find the email? Check your spam folder. Tenorshare says confirmations arrive within two hours of a successful order.2Tenorshare. Tenorshare Refund Policy

Canceling a Direct Purchase From Tenorshare.com

If your order number starts with “T,” you bought from Tenorshare directly and there is no self-service cancel button anywhere in your account. Cancellation goes through their support team, and Tenorshare gives you two ways to reach them:1Tenorshare. How to Cancel Subscription of Tenorshare Products

  • The AI chat assistant on Tenorshare’s support page, which Tenorshare lists as the recommended option and which processes the cancellation immediately.
  • The human support team, which Tenorshare says responds within 24 hours on weekdays and up to 48 hours during holidays.

Have your order number and the email address you used at checkout ready before you start. Once you get a cancellation confirmation, save it. A screenshot of the chat or a copy of the email is the evidence you’ll need if a charge still hits your card later.

Canceling Through the App Store

If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, Apple controls the billing and you cancel entirely inside Settings:3Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription from Apple

  • Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Tap the Tenorshare product in the list.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription. You may have to scroll down to see it.

If there is no Cancel button and you see an expiration date in red, the subscription is already canceled. Deleting the app by itself does not cancel anything, so always confirm through Settings.

Canceling Through Google Play

Android purchases run through Google Play, and again, uninstalling the app does not stop the billing:4Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

  • Open the Google Play app and go to your subscriptions.
  • Select the Tenorshare subscription.
  • Tap Cancel subscription.
  • Pick a reason in the confirmation pop-up and tap Continue.

You can also get there through your device’s Settings app: tap Google, then your name, then Manage your Google Account, then Payments & subscriptions.

Canceling a PayPal Billing Agreement

If you paid with PayPal, the auto-renewal lives as a billing agreement inside your PayPal account, and canceling it there revokes the merchant’s permission to pull future payments:5PayPal. What Is an Automatic Payment and How Do I Update or Cancel One

  • Log into PayPal and open Settings.
  • Click Payments.
  • Select Subscriptions and saved businesses (or Automatic Payments, depending on your interface).
  • Find Tenorshare or the associated payment processor in the list.
  • Click Cancel to revoke the billing agreement.

Timing matters here. If a payment has already moved to “pending” status in PayPal, canceling the billing agreement will not stop that specific transaction. Cancel well before your renewal date, not on it.

Can You Get a Refund for the Last Charge?

Canceling stops future charges. It does not automatically refund a charge that already went through. Tenorshare offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, but refunds are only approved in specific situations.2Tenorshare. Tenorshare Refund Policy

Tenorshare will typically approve a refund within 30 days if:

  • There is a technical problem the support team cannot fix, and you have cooperated by sending screenshots or log files.
  • You were charged on the renewal date after already canceling, and you can show proof of the earlier cancellation.
  • You bought the same product twice within 48 hours.
  • You never received your registration code within 24 hours and could not retrieve it through the support tools.

Tenorshare will not refund:2Tenorshare. Tenorshare Refund Policy

  • A simple change of mind.
  • A misunderstanding of what the product does, when the product works as described.
  • A renewal charge you forgot to cancel before the renewal date. The policy states this explicitly.
  • A request where you refuse to send the logs or screenshots support asks for.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within two to four business days, and your license is deactivated once the refund clears.

If Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel

Sometimes the cancellation does not stick. If you have a confirmation and the charges continue, you have three escalation options.

Dispute the Charge With Your Credit Card Issuer

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you have 60 days from the date your statement was sent to file a written billing-error dispute with your card issuer.6Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 Correction of Billing Errors The issuer must acknowledge the dispute within 30 days and finish investigating within 90 days, and it cannot try to collect the disputed amount or report it as delinquent to credit bureaus while the investigation is open.

The FTC recommends opening the dispute online or by phone with your card company and then following up with a written letter sent to the address listed for billing disputes.7Federal Trade Commission. Stop Payment on a Debit Card

If the charges hit a debit card linked to your bank account, the Electronic Fund Transfer Act lets you stop a preauthorized recurring transfer by notifying your bank at least three business days before the next scheduled payment.8Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1693e Preauthorized Transfers Your bank may ask you to confirm the request in writing within 14 days. Stop-payment fees at most banks run between $15 and $35, so weigh that against the subscription amount.

Report the Company to the FTC

When a company makes a recurring charge unreasonably hard to cancel, that may violate the Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act, which requires internet sellers using negative-option billing to provide simple cancellation mechanisms.9Congress.gov. Public Law 111-345 Restore Online Shoppers Confidence Act Filing a report at ftc.gov/complaint will not directly refund your money, but the FTC uses complaint patterns for enforcement actions that have resulted in refunds for affected consumers.10Federal Trade Commission.
