To cancel your TRIPP subscription, go to the storefront you originally signed up through — Meta Quest, PlayStation, Apple, Google Play, or tripp.com — and cancel there, not inside the TRIPP app itself.1TRIPP. First, Find Out Who’s Charging You
TRIPP doesn’t handle billing directly for most users. If you downloaded the app through the Meta Quest Store, PlayStation Store, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store, that storefront collects your payment and controls the cancellation. Only people who subscribed at tripp.com manage billing through TRIPP itself.
If you’re not sure, check your email for a recurring receipt from Meta, Sony, Apple, or Google. You can also open the subscriptions menu on each device you use until the active TRIPP entry appears. Canceling in the wrong place won’t stop the charge, so this step matters.
Cancel on Meta Quest
Meta Quest is the most common path. You can cancel from your phone or from inside the headset.
From the Meta Quest Mobile App
Open the Meta Quest app on your phone and tap Menu in the bottom left, then Settings. Tap Subscriptions, select TRIPP, tap Cancel Subscription, and confirm. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle and you’ll keep access until the current period ends.
From the Headset
Open the main menu in your Quest headset and go to your account settings. Find the subscriptions area under payment and billing, select TRIPP, and follow the prompts. The exact menu path can shift between Quest software versions, but the subscriptions area always sits under account settings.
Cancel on PlayStation

If TRIPP doesn’t appear in the main subscriptions list, try the alternate route: Settings, Users and Accounts, Account, Payment and Subscriptions, Game and App Services. Cancel on Apple (iPhone or iPad)
Open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, find TRIPP, and tap Cancel Subscription.3Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and Apple won’t charge you again after that date.
Cancel on Google Play
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device, tap your profile icon, and open Subscriptions. Select TRIPP and tap Cancel before your renewal date. Access runs through the end of the paid period.
Cancel a Web Subscription at tripp.com
If you signed up directly at tripp.com, log in and open your account page. The subscription management area has an option to update or cancel.4TRIPP. My Account A short survey may ask why you’re leaving. It’s optional, and the cancellation goes through either way.
If You’re on a Free Trial
TRIPP offers a 7-day free trial on Meta Quest with the annual plan at $49.99 per year. Cancel before day seven or the storefront converts the trial into a paid subscription automatically.5TRIPP Wellness Help Center. Can I Try TRIPP for Free Before I Join Because TRIPP’s subscriptions aren’t refundable, timing is the whole game on a trial — once the charge posts, you likely won’t get that money back from TRIPP.
What Happens After You Cancel
Canceling stops future charges without cutting off access right away. You keep full access to premium content through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.1TRIPP. TRIPP considers each paid period final. Once a monthly or annual payment processes, that period is paid.6TRIPP. What Is Your Refund Policy
Requesting a Refund
TRIPP doesn’t process refunds. Each storefront handles its own refund requests under its own policies.6TRIPP. What Is Your Refund Policy

- Meta Quest: Meta’s policy covers eligible digital purchases requested within 14 days. Submit through Meta’s refund portal in your account settings.8Meta. Meta Quest/Rift Content Refund Policy
- Google Play: visit support.google.com/googleplay and follow the self-service refund flow.9Google. Request Your Google Play Refund
- PlayStation: contact PlayStation Support through their website or the console help menu to request a refund on a subscription charge.
Move quickly. Most storefronts enforce a window of around 14 days from the purchase date, and requests outside that window are almost always denied.
Canceling Isn’t the Same as Deleting Your Account
Canceling stops payments and eventually ends access, but your TRIPP account and any wellness data you’ve generated remain on the company’s servers. If you want the data itself removed, that’s a separate request.
Contact TRIPP’s support team through the help center and ask for account and data deletion.
