How to Cancel Your TSN Subscription on Any Platform

To cancel your TSN subscription, you have to go to whichever service actually bills you: Bell Media if you signed up on TSN’s own website, or Apple, Google Play, Roku, Amazon, or your TV provider if you subscribed through one of them. Find Out Who’s Billing You

Check your bank or credit card statement before doing anything else. If the charge reads Bell Media or TSN, you subscribed directly and cancel through the TSN website. If it reads Apple, Google, Roku, or Amazon, you subscribed through that app store and have to cancel there. If TSN came as part of a cable or satellite package, the charge sits inside your TV provider’s bill and cancellation runs through them.

TSN’s terms spell this out plainly: subscriptions bought through an authorized distributor are governed by that distributor’s cancellation process, not TSN’s.1TSN. TSN Terms and Conditions Deleting the TSN app never cancels anything. Only the platform that runs the payment can stop it.

Cancel on the TSN Website

If you signed up directly at TSN, your account lives on Bell Media’s platform.2TSN. TSN FAQ

  • Log into your account at account.bellmedia.ca.
  • Go to Manage Subscription.
  • Click the Subscriptions tab.
  • Scroll down and select Cancel Subscription.
  • Enter a reason for canceling and click Yes, Cancel.

TSN sends a confirmation email once you’re done. Save it. If a charge shows up later that shouldn’t, that email is your proof you canceled on time.

Cancel Through Apple

If you subscribed through the TSN app on an iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV, Apple handles the billing and Apple is where you cancel.3Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Tap your name at the top of the screen.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Find TSN in the list, tap it, and select Cancel Subscription.

On a Mac, do the same through the App Store by clicking your name in the bottom-left corner and choosing Account Settings. Canceling through Apple leaves the TSN app on your device but stops future charges after your current billing period expires.

Cancel Through Google Play

  • In the Play Store: open the Google Play app, go to your subscriptions page, select TSN, and tap Cancel subscription.
  • In device settings: open Settings, tap Google, then Manage your Google Account. Go to Payments and subscriptions, then Manage subscriptions, and cancel from there.

Google shows the exact date your access will end before you confirm. You keep access through the rest of the billing cycle you already paid for.

Cancel Through Roku

On Roku, how you cancel depends on how you signed up. If you subscribed through Roku’s platform, cancel on the device or on Roku’s site.5Roku Support. Manage or Cancel Subscriptions on Roku

  • On the device: press Home, highlight the TSN app, press the Star button, select Manage subscription, then Turn off auto-renew.
  • On the website: go to my.roku.com/subscriptions, find TSN under Active subscriptions, select Manage subscription, then Turn off auto-renew.

Cancel Through Amazon

If you added TSN as a Prime Video channel or signed up on an Amazon Fire TV device, cancel through Amazon.6Amazon. Cancel Your Prime Video Add-On Subscription

  • Go to Manage Your Subscriptions on Amazon’s website or app.
  • Select Your subscriptions from the top menu.
  • Find the TSN subscription and select Unsubscribe.
  • Confirm the cancellation.

Same rule as Roku: if you originally signed up directly with TSN and just watch through the Amazon app, Amazon can’t process the cancellation.

Cancel Through a Cable or Satellite Provider

If TSN came bundled into your TV package, it’s managed entirely by your provider. There’s no cancel button in the TSN app or on TSN’s website for these accounts. Log into your provider’s account portal and look for the section to change your channel lineup or programming packages, then remove the sports tier that includes TSN.

Some providers don’t allow individual channels to be dropped online and require a phone call. If that’s your situation, ask for a confirmation number and note the date and time of the call. Removing a sports package can also change your overall pricing, especially if you were on a promotional rate tied to certain channels, so ask the representative whether your remaining bill will change before you confirm.

What Happens After You Cancel

Watch your statement for the next billing cycle. If a charge shows up when it shouldn’t, your confirmation email is what you use to dispute it with the platform that processed the payment. A Note for Quebec Subscribers

Auto-renewal works differently in Quebec. Subscribers elsewhere in Canada see their plans renew on the schedule they originally chose, but Quebec law requires all TSN subscriptions to auto-renew monthly regardless of the original plan length.7TSN.
