To cancel your Uro subscription from O Positiv, go to whichever platform originally billed you — the O Positiv website, the Apple App Store, Google Play, or PayPal — and stop the recurring order there. Canceling on the wrong platform does nothing, which is the single most common reason people see another $26.99 charge after thinking they were done.
Check Your Statement First
Pull up your most recent Uro charge on your bank or credit card statement. The merchant name tells you where to cancel.
- “O Positiv” or “Uro Health” means you subscribed directly on the company’s website.
- “Apple.com/bill” means the subscription runs through the App Store.
- “Google Play” or “GOOGLE*” means it’s an Android subscription.
- “PayPal” with an O Positiv reference means you set up a PayPal billing agreement.
The billing platform controls the renewal. Logging into opositiv.com won’t stop charges that Apple is processing, and vice versa.
Canceling on the O Positiv Website
If you subscribed at opositiv.com, log in with the email and password you registered. Go to your account settings and find the subscription management area. O Positiv says subscribers can skip or cancel at any time through the account portal. Open your Uro subscription, click Manage Subscription (or the equivalent), and follow the prompts.
The site will likely ask why you’re leaving before showing the final confirm button. Pick any reason and move through to the final confirmation. Screenshot the confirmation screen. That screenshot is your proof if a charge slips through later.
Can’t find the option, or can’t log in? Email hello@opositiv.com and ask to cancel in writing. Include your full name, the account email, and a clear statement that you want your Uro subscription canceled. A written request creates a record that’s harder to dispute than a phone call.
Canceling Through the Apple App Store
If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, cancel in your device settings, not on the O Positiv site. Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Uro, tap it, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Apple requires you to cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. Cancel on the day of renewal and you may still be charged for the next cycle. Give yourself a few days of buffer.
You keep access until the end of the current billing period. Apple doesn’t issue partial refunds for unused time on a standard subscription.
Canceling Through Google Play
Open the Play Store app, tap your profile icon in the upper right, go to Payments & subscriptions, and select Subscriptions. Tap the Uro entry and tap Cancel subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until that date. Cancel before the renewal date rather than the morning of.
Canceling Through PayPal
On the PayPal website, go to Settings, click Payments, and open Subscriptions and saved businesses (sometimes called Automatic Payments). Find O Positiv or Uro, select it, and cancel the agreement.
In the PayPal app, tap the menu icon, open Subscriptions or Linked Businesses, select the merchant, and tap Stop Paying with PayPal. Confirm when prompted. Afterward, check that the agreement shows as inactive in your payment settings.
Deleting Your Account Does Not Cancel Billing
If you use the Uro app, deleting your account does not stop your subscription charges. The Uro AI account deletion policy says so directly: active subscriptions must be canceled through the app store before you delete the account. Cancel first, confirm the cancellation processed, and only then delete the account if you want to. Doing it in reverse means charges keep coming to a subscription you can no longer easily manage.
Confirming It Worked
Watch for a confirmation email with a reference number and the date your access ends. If you canceled on the website, your account dashboard should show a canceled status or an “expires on” date. For Apple and Google, go back into your subscription settings — the Uro entry should show an expiration date rather than a renewal date.
Then check your statement during the next billing cycle. If a charge shows up anyway, your confirmation email or screenshot is the evidence you’ll use to dispute it.
Getting a Refund Under the 30-Day Guarantee
O Positiv offers a 30-day happiness guarantee on Uro. If you’re unsatisfied, you can request a refund for up to two bottles within 30 days of your first purchase. The refund goes back to your original payment method, shipping is not included, and you generally don’t need to return the bottles unless the company asks.
Email hello@opositiv.com inside that 30-day window. Include your order number, the product name, and a clear request for a refund under the happiness guarantee. Refunds are issued at the company’s discretion, so be specific and reach out early. Orders placed before October 2025 were covered by a longer 60-day guarantee, so mention that if it applies to you.
If Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel
Contact O Positiv first at hello@opositiv.com with your cancellation confirmation attached. Sometimes a charge was already queued before cancellation processed, and the company can reverse it without a dispute.
If that doesn’t resolve it, dispute the charge with your credit card issuer. Federal law lets you challenge billing errors, including charges for services you’ve already canceled. Send the issuer your cancellation confirmation; they’ll typically issue a provisional credit while they investigate. Debit card and other payment methods carry weaker protections, which is why keeping the cancellation confirmation matters.
If charges continue and the company stops responding, file a complaint with the FTC at ftc.gov/complaint. That creates an official record and feeds into enforcement against companies that make cancellation unreasonably difficult.
