To cancel your Veeps subscription, cancel it in the same place you signed up: through the Veeps website if Veeps bills you directly, or through Apple, Google, or Roku if you subscribed on one of those platforms. Canceling in the wrong system will not stop the charges, so the first step is figuring out who is actually billing you.
Check Who Is Billing You
Pull up a recent bank or credit card statement and look at the merchant name on the charge. If it reads “Veeps,” you subscribed directly and cancel through the Veeps website. If it reads “Apple,” “Google,” or “Roku,” that platform is handling the billing and Veeps cannot cancel it for you. The reverse is also true: Apple, Google, and Roku cannot cancel a subscription that Veeps bills directly.
Cancel on the Veeps Website
Open a web browser and log into your Veeps account. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select “Membership.” At the bottom of that page you will find the option to cancel your All Access membership.1Veeps Support. Cancel Your Subscription You can also go straight to veeps.com/settings/membership.2VEEPS Help Center. Manage Your Account Settings
Two things trip people up here. You have to do this from a web browser, not the Veeps app. And the cancel option lives under “Membership,” not “Settings” or “Subscription.” Once you confirm, your access continues to the end of the current billing cycle and you will not be charged again.3VEEPS Help Center. Cancel Through Apple
If you signed up on an iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV, the subscription sits in Apple’s system. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap “Subscriptions.” Find Veeps in the list, tap it, and choose the cancel option.4Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple Contacting Veeps will not help with an Apple-billed subscription because Apple manages the billing independently.
Cancel Through Google Play
On Android, open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, and go to your subscriptions. Select Veeps and cancel it before the next renewal date.5Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play You can also get there through your device’s Settings app: tap Google, then your name, then “Manage your Google Account,” then “Payments & subscriptions.”
Google’s support is emphatic on one point: deleting the app does not stop the charges. You have to cancel the subscription itself, or the billing continues.6Google Help. How to Cancel Subscription Before They Charge You on Google Play
Cancel Through Roku
Press the Home button on your Roku remote. Use the arrow buttons to highlight the Veeps app and press the Star button. Select “Manage subscription,” then choose “Turn off auto-renew.”7Roku Support. Manage or Cancel Subscriptions on Roku Roku handles the billing independently of Veeps, so this step is required even if you also have a Veeps account.
What Happens After You Cancel
However you cancel, your All Access benefits continue through the rest of the current billing period. When that period ends, you lose access to on-demand content and subscriber-only features.3VEEPS Help Center. Do not expect a prorated refund for unused time. Veeps’ policy is that all sales are final once purchased, and the cancellation policy makes no mention of partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.8VEEPS Help Center. Payments and Orders FAQs Apple, Google, and Roku have their own refund request processes if you believe you were charged in error.
Mistakes That Keep the Charges Coming
Deleting the Veeps app from your phone or streaming device does not cancel the subscription. The app and the billing agreement are separate things, and this is the most common way people end up paying for months of a service they thought they canceled.
Removing your credit card from your Veeps payment settings does not cancel the subscription either. It may cause a failed payment, but the billing agreement stays active and the platform will typically retry or flag your account. Cancel through the proper channel first, then clean up your payment methods.2VEEPS Help Center. Manage Your Account Settings
If you signed up on more than one platform, cancel each one separately. Subscribing on the website and later through an iPhone app can create two active billing agreements. Check every possible source on your statements so nothing keeps charging quietly in the background.
