How to Cancel Your VRPorn Subscription and Get a Refund

To cancel a VRPorn subscription, find out who actually bills you — check your bank or card statement for the payment processor’s name — then cancel through that channel: the VRPorn account settings if you signed up on the website, the processor’s consumer portal (usually CCBill or Epoch), or the App Store or Google Play if you subscribed through a phone app. The charge continues automatically until you complete cancellation through the right route, so picking the wrong one wastes time.

Check Your Statement Before You Do Anything Else

VRPorn doesn’t always charge your card directly. A third-party processor handles the billing, and its name is what appears on your statement. Common ones for adult sites include CCBill, Epoch, Vendo, and Probiller.

Pull up the charge and note three things: the processor name, the exact amount, and the billing date. Then grab the email address you used to sign up and the last four digits of the card on file. Having this ready before you open a cancellation form saves you from getting bounced back for missing information.

Canceling on the VRPorn Website

If you signed up directly through the site, log in and look in your account settings for a section labeled Subscription, Billing, or Manage Subscription. The cancel link usually lives there.

The site will probably ask why you’re leaving or offer a discount to keep you. Click through those screens until you see a confirmation message or receive a confirmation email. You don’t need to explain anything. If you can’t find a cancel option in the dashboard at all, skip to the processor route below — it’s often the faster path anyway.

Canceling Through the Billing Processor

When your statement shows a processor’s name instead of VRPorn, that processor controls whether your card gets charged next month. Going straight to them is often more reliable than going through the site.

CCBill

Open CCBill’s consumer support page and use the subscription lookup form. You’ll enter two identifying pieces of information, such as your email plus credit card number, or a subscription ID plus email. The tool pulls up your active subscriptions and lets you cancel on the spot.1CCBill. Consumer Support

If the lookup can’t find you, CCBill has a manual support form. You can also call 888-596-9279, email consumersupport@ccbill.com, or use live chat on the support portal.2CCBill. How Do I Get a Refund?

Epoch

Go to Epoch’s billing support page and use the Find My Purchase tool. Enter any two of the requested fields to pull up your transactions, then submit the cancellation from there.3Epoch. Billing Support

Vendo or Probiller

For Vendo, log into the customer portal with your original sign-up credentials. For Probiller, look at the charge line on your statement — a support URL or phone number is usually printed there. The process is the same either way: verify your identity, find the subscription, cancel.

Canceling Through Apple or Google

If you subscribed through a mobile app instead of the website, the subscription is inside your App Store or Google Play account. Canceling on the VRPorn site won’t stop those charges.

Getting a Refund for Past Charges

Canceling stops future charges. It doesn’t reverse anything you’ve already paid. Refund requests go to the billing processor, not to VRPorn.

For CCBill subscriptions, reach consumer support by phone at 888-596-9279, email, live chat, or the online form. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. CCBill won’t refund by check, cash, or to a different card.2CCBill. How Do I Get a Refund? For Epoch, use the billing support page to find your transaction and submit the request through their contact options.3Epoch. Billing Support

Refunds are more likely when you were charged after canceling, when there was a billing error, or when you never got access to what you paid for. A charge you simply forgot about for months is a harder case.

If the Charges Don’t Stop

Sometimes a charge slips through after you thought the cancellation was done. What you can do depends on how you pay.

If it’s a debit card, federal law lets you stop preauthorized recurring transfers by notifying your bank at least three business days before the next scheduled charge. The bank may ask you to put the request in writing within 14 days.6eCFR. 12 CFR 1005.10 – Preauthorized Transfers

If it’s a credit card, dispute the charge with your card issuer. You generally have 60 days from the date the statement containing the charge was sent. You don’t have to pay the disputed amount while the investigation is open, but you still owe the rest of the bill.

Before going to your bank, make one more attempt through the processor’s support channel and save everything: cancellation confirmation emails, screenshots, chat transcripts. That documentation is what wins a dispute if it reaches that stage.

A Word on Chargebacks

A chargeback through your bank can reverse the charge, but it isn’t consequence-free. Your card issuer may add a dispute remark during the investigation, which can temporarily affect your credit. If the chargeback is denied you owe the full amount, and unpaid balances get reported. The processor may also ban you, which can matter if the same processor handles other sites you use. Try the processor’s own refund channel first and keep chargebacks for cases where nobody responds or the charge was genuinely unauthorized.

Your Rights Under Federal Law

The Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA) requires any business selling through auto-renewing subscriptions to clearly disclose the terms before taking your billing information, get your informed consent to the charges, and give you a simple way to stop them.7Federal Register. Negative Option Rule The FTC enforces those requirements.8Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 8404 – Enforcement by Federal Trade Commission

If a service makes cancellation unreasonably hard, you can file a complaint at ftc.gov/complaint. A single complaint won’t get your money back on its own, but enough of them drive the enforcement actions that do.

Confirming the Cancellation Stuck

A confirmation email should land within 24 hours. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t appear, since messages from billing processors often get filtered. Save that email. It’s your proof of when the cancellation happened.p>

You’ll usually keep access through the end of your current billing period, and no new charges should appear after that date. Check next month’s statement to be sure. If something slips through, the saved confirmation is the strongest piece of evidence you can bring to a dispute.
