To cancel a Zacks subscription, log in at zacks.com, open “My Account,” and click “Cancel Subscription,” or contact Zacks customer service at 1-800-767-3771 (extension 9339) or support@zacks.com. If you originally signed up through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you have to cancel through that app store instead — Zacks cannot do it on your end. With paid tiers running from $249 a year for Zacks Premium up to $2,995 a year for Zacks Ultimate, timing your cancellation before the next billing date matters.
Cancel Online Through Your Account

Before you start, make sure you’re logged into the account that actually holds the paid subscription. If you’ve used different email addresses over the years, you may be looking at the wrong profile. Check under “Subscriptions” to confirm you see the active plan (Premium, Investor Collection, or Ultimate) before attempting to cancel.
Cancel by Phone or Email

Email creates a written timestamp, which is useful if a billing dispute comes up later. Ask for a reply with a ticket or reference number so you can prove the request was made on a specific date.
Cancel Through Apple or Google if You Subscribed in an App
If you subscribed to Zacks through the iOS App Store or Google Play Store rather than directly on the website, Zacks itself cannot cancel your subscription. The billing relationship runs through the app store.
Apple App Store
On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name in the bottom-left corner, then go to Account Settings. Under Manage, click “Manage” next to Subscriptions, find Zacks, click “Cancel Subscription,” and confirm.3Apple Support. Google Play Store
On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile icon, then “Payments & subscriptions,” then “Subscriptions.” Select Zacks and tap “Cancel subscription.” Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription — you’ll keep getting charged until you cancel through the Play Store itself.4Google Play Help. For both platforms, make sure you’re signed into the same Apple or Google account you used when you originally subscribed. If the subscription doesn’t appear in your list, you’re likely on the wrong account.
What Happens After You Cancel
Zacks’ terms of service say either party can terminate at will, effective immediately.5Zacks Investment Research. Terms of Service In practice you’ll typically keep access to premium features through the end of the billing period you already paid for. Watch for a confirmation email within a few business days and save it. That’s your proof. If nothing arrives within three business days, follow up by phone rather than waiting. A single missed follow-up can cost you another full billing cycle.
Refunds
Zacks does not publish detailed refund terms on its website, and eligibility can depend on your tier and how far into the billing cycle you are. Annual plans are more likely to qualify for a partial refund than monthly plans, since monthly billing covers a 30-day window already underway. Raise the refund question during your cancellation call or email, and get the response in writing.
For subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google, refund requests go through the app store, not Zacks. Apple handles refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com; Google processes them through the Play Store’s order history.
If Charges Continue After You Cancel
If Zacks keeps billing your credit card after cancellation, the Fair Credit Billing Act lets you dispute the charge with your card issuer. The issuer must acknowledge the complaint within 30 days and resolve it within two billing cycles, no more than 90 days.6Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 US Code 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors While the investigation is open, the issuer cannot try to collect the disputed amount or report it as delinquent. Attach your cancellation confirmation email as evidence.
Under the FTC’s click-to-cancel rule, if you signed up online, the seller must let you cancel online, and cannot force you to call a phone line or sit through a retention pitch that wasn’t part of enrollment.7Federal Trade Commission.
