To cancel your Zazzle membership, sign in, open My Account, click Zazzle Plus Settings, and hit the “Do not auto renew” button. That stops the next annual charge. Your shipping benefits keep working until the end of the term you’ve already paid for, and the fee itself is not refundable once it’s been charged.
The Cancellation Steps
Sign in with the email and password tied to your Zazzle account. Click My Account near the top of the page, then select Zazzle Plus Settings. On the membership management page, click “Do not auto renew.” Your membership is now set to expire at the end of the current term instead of billing again.
Zazzle may show a short survey asking why you’re leaving before it finalizes the change. You should see an on-screen confirmation, and a confirmation email should follow. Save that email. If a renewal charge shows up later anyway, it’s your proof you cancelled in time.
Canceling During the Free Trial
Zazzle Plus comes with a 30-day free trial. If you signed up only to try the shipping perks, you have to turn off auto-renewal before day 30 or Zazzle will charge the annual fee to the payment method on file.1Zazzle. Zazzle Plus Terms and Conditions
The clicks are the same: My Account, Zazzle Plus Settings, “Do not auto renew.”2Zazzle. Zazzle Plus – Exclusive Subscription Program Don’t leave it to the final day. Set a reminder a few days out so a missed login doesn’t cost you a year’s fee.
What Happens After You Cancel
Cancelling stops the renewal, not the benefits. Free shipping continues through the end of the term you already paid for. If you were billed in March and cancel in August, your perks run through the following March.
Once that term ends, orders go back to standard shipping rates. If you change your mind, you can re-enroll from the same Zazzle Plus page at any time.
Can You Get a Refund?
No, not on a cancellation you initiate. Zazzle’s terms are direct about it: the membership fee is non-refundable, no matter how recently you were charged or how little you used the service.1Zazzle. Zazzle Plus Terms and Conditions
The one scenario Zazzle describes for a prorated refund is when Zazzle terminates your membership. In that case, you’re refunded based on the number of full months remaining, unless the termination involved a terms violation or account misuse, in which case nothing is refunded.1Zazzle. Practically, the free trial is the only risk-free window. Once the annual fee posts, the money is gone whether you cancel the next day or ten months later.
Downgrade Instead of Cancel?
There are two tiers, and if cost is the reason you’re leaving, switching down may fit better than cancelling.
- Zazzle Plus (Standard): $19.95 per year. Unlimited free standard shipping with tracking on qualifying products to addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.
- Zazzle Plus Premium: $49.95 per year. Everything in Standard, plus unlimited free premium (faster) shipping on qualifying products.
Both tiers are annual.2Zazzle. Zazzle Plus – Exclusive Subscription Program Moving from Premium to Standard saves $30 a year and still covers free shipping on qualifying orders.
When the Button Isn’t There
If “Do not auto renew” isn’t showing up in your settings, or you can’t get into your account at all, go through the Zazzle Help Center.3Zazzle. Zazzle Help Center Have your account email and the date of your most recent charge ready before you reach out. If a renewal was charged after you believed you’d cancelled, the confirmation email from your original cancellation is what you’ll want to send them.
