How to Cancel Zima Dental Subscription and Stop Charges

To cancel a Zima Dental subscription, log into your account, open Orders, select Manage Subscription, click View Details, and choose the cancel option on that screen.1Zima Dental. Terms of Service The harder part is making sure the charges actually stop, which is where documentation and, if needed, your bank come in.

Cancel From Your Account

Sign in with the email and password you used when you first subscribed. Open Orders, then Manage Subscription, then View Details. That screen holds the cancel button.1Zima Dental. Managing Your Subscription

Before you click, pull up a recent order confirmation email and confirm you are looking at the right plan. If you subscribe to cleaning tablets and a separate accessory, each one can appear as its own line, and canceling one does not touch the other. Work through every confirmation prompt to the final screen, then screenshot that screen before you close the tab. You want a dated image saved somewhere outside the Zima Dental system.

If You Cannot Log In

If you have lost your password or no longer control the email you signed up with, submit a cancellation request through the Zima Dental help center contact form.3Zima Dental Help Center. Contact Us Give them everything that can identify the account: the name on the order, the shipping address, and any order numbers you can dig out of old receipts or card statements.

Save a copy of the form submission or screenshot it before you leave the page. A human-handled request can take a few business days, so send it well before your next billing date rather than the night before.

Confirm the Cancellation Took Effect

Watch your inbox for a confirmation email. That message is your proof that the recurring billing agreement has ended. If nothing arrives within a couple of days, log back in and check that the subscription shows as cancelled or inactive.

Timing matters. If your next order has already moved into processing or shipping when you cancel, the cancellation generally applies to the following cycle, not the one in motion. One more box may still show up. At that point you can either keep it or return it.

Returning a Shipment You Did Not Want

Zima Dental accepts returns within 30 days of receipt if the items are in their original, unopened condition. Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund.4Zima Dental. Shipping and Returns

You need to submit a return request through the support page and get it approved before sending anything back. The company warns that packages returned without prior authorization may not be refunded. Return shipping is on you, and Zima Dental recommends a trackable, insured service because it will not cover items lost or damaged on the way back. The refund, when approved, does not include your return postage.4Zima Dental. Shipping and Returns

If Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel

You canceled, you have the confirmation, and another charge still lands on your statement. Contact Zima Dental support again first, with your confirmation attached. If that does not resolve it quickly, you have two outside options.

Stop Payment at Your Bank

Federal law lets you stop a preauthorized recurring debit from your bank account by notifying your bank at least three business days before the scheduled transfer. The bank may ask you to confirm the request in writing within 14 days.5Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1693e – Preauthorized Transfers Many banks charge a fee for a stop payment order, usually around $15 to $35. This is worth doing when you have already canceled with the merchant and the debits keep showing up anyway.

Dispute the Charge With Your Card Issuer

If you paid by credit card, federal law gives you the right to dispute billing errors, including charges for goods or services you did not agree to receive. Contact your card issuer as soon as you spot the charge, and have your cancellation confirmation ready.6Federal Trade Commission. Using Credit Cards and Disputing Charges

For a debit card charge, you generally have to report the unauthorized transaction within 60 days of the statement date. Miss that window and you can be on the hook for the full amount of anything charged after it closes.7Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Your Baseline Rights on Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

The Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act makes it illegal for an online seller to charge you through a negative option feature such as an auto-renewing subscription without first clearly disclosing the material terms and getting your informed consent.8Congress.gov. Restore Online Shoppers Confidence Act The FTC finalized a stronger “Click-to-Cancel” rule in October 2024 that would have required cancellation to be as easy as sign-up,9Federal Trade Commission. ROSCA and existing FTC authority are what apply right now.

Whatever route you take, keep the paper trail. Save the confirmation email, screenshot the account status after cancellation, and hold on to every support message. If a charge still slips through and you end up at your bank or filing a complaint, that record is what carries the dispute.
