To submit the RemedyMeds refill form, log into your patient portal, open the Refills tab, and complete the short questionnaire that collects your current weight, any side effects, and your shipping address. A clinician reviews what you enter, approves or adjusts your dose, and sends the prescription to a partner pharmacy. From approval, plan on up to seven business days for the medication to reach your door.1Remedy Meds Help Center. How Long Will It Take for My Medication to Arrive After My Prescription?
What to Have Ready Before You Open the Form
The portal pulls most of your record forward, but a few fields need fresh input every cycle. Pull these together first so the form doesn’t stall:
- Your current body weight. The clinician uses it to decide whether your dose still fits your progress.
- Notes on side effects from the previous dosing period. Nausea, injection-site irritation, and gastrointestinal issues are common with GLP-1 medications, and specific reporting helps your provider titrate rather than simply renew.
- Your shipping address, confirmed. These medications ship in temperature-sensitive packaging, so an outdated address can spoil a shipment.
- Lab results, if your clinician has flagged them as due. RemedyMeds requires A1C, TSH, CMP, and lipid panel results from within the past 24 months, and arranges labs at no additional cost through LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, or BioReference. New York and New Jersey patients must use BioReference; Rhode Island patients must use Quest.2Remedy Meds Help Center. Why Do I Have to Do Labs?
If labs have been ordered and aren’t yet on file, the refill form may not open until the results come in. Getting them done between cycles rather than on refill day avoids that bottleneck.
Where the Form Lives and When It Appears
Log in and click the Refills tab. The form becomes available once enough time has passed since your last order. For a standard monthly prescription, that’s near the end of your current supply. If you’re on a microdose subscription, the form appears only once every three months, because the microdose program is written as a multi-month prescription.3Remedy Meds Help Center. Refills
Filling It Out and Submitting
Work through each field. Enter your current weight, report side effects honestly, and verify the shipping address on file. Accuracy matters more than speed here. A significant weight change or a new side effect can prompt your clinician to message you through the portal before approving the refill, and vague answers in the side-effect section tend to trigger a follow-up that delays the shipment.
When every field is complete, submit. You should see an on-screen confirmation. Payment runs automatically against the card on file as part of your subscription, so make sure a valid payment method is current before you hit submit.
What Happens After You Submit
Your request goes into a clinical review queue. A licensed provider reviews your entries, decides whether the current dose remains appropriate, and watches for red flags. RemedyMeds frames this as a monthly clinician check-in, and your dose can be adjusted as treatment progresses.4RemedyMeds. RemedyMeds If the clinician wants more detail, they’ll message you through the portal or schedule a video call. Messaging and video calls are unlimited, with no extra charge.
Once the refill is approved, the prescription is sent electronically to a partner pharmacy. Expect delivery within seven business days of that approval. Pharmacies don’t ship Friday through Sunday for health and safety reasons, so a prescription cleared late in the week may not go out until Monday.1Remedy Meds Help Center. How Long Will It Take for My Medication to Arrive After My Prescription? A tracking notification lands in your inbox when the package leaves the pharmacy.
Plan your submission with that window in mind. If you wait until your last dose to submit the form, you’ll likely have a gap in treatment. Submitting a few days before your supply runs out gives review and fulfillment enough runway.

Canceling and Refund Limits
You can cancel at any time. In the portal, open the Profile tab and select Cancel. There’s no long-term contract and no cancellation penalty.6Remedy Meds Help Center. Billing
Refunds are narrow. Once a monthly payment has processed, you are not eligible for a refund. The only published exception is for brand-new patients: if a clinician determines you aren’t eligible for treatment after you first enroll, RemedyMeds refunds 100 percent of your initial payment.7Remedy Meds Help Center. What Is Your Refund Policy? For an ongoing refill, that means if your provider denies the refill after payment has already run, the published policy does not guarantee a refund. Canceling before your next billing date is the safest way to avoid being charged for a month you don’t intend to use.
A Note on the Compounded Options
The lower-cost prices on the refill screen ($299 and $399) are for compounded products, not generic versions of the brand-name drugs. In September 2025, the FDA issued a warning letter to Remedy Meds objecting to website language that described its compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as containing the “same active ingredient” as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound. The agency found that language false or misleading and the products misbranded under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.8U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Remedy Meds – 716830 – 09/09/2025
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are prepared in smaller batches by compounding pharmacies rather than manufactured at the scale of brand-name drugs. If that distinction gives you pause, RemedyMeds also offers brand-name Ozempic and Zepbound at the higher prices listed above. The refill form is a natural moment to raise the choice with your clinician through the portal.
