Every guest at Level99 needs a signed liability waiver on file before entering the challenge areas, and the fastest way to handle it is online at level99.com/waiver/previsit before you leave the house.1Level99. Waiver The Level99 waiver takes a few minutes on any phone, tablet, or computer, and signing it in advance means you walk straight past the lobby queue at check-in.
Where To Sign the Waiver
Go to level99.com/waiver/previsit and pick the right form: one path for adult participants signing for themselves, and a separate Youth Participant Waiver path for anyone under 18.1Level99. Waiver You don’t need a ticket or reservation to complete the waiver. Tickets are purchased separately at ticketing.level99.com, and the two systems are not linked, so every person in your group needs both a waiver and a ticket for the day to go smoothly.2Level99. Level99 Ticketing: Booking
By signing the waiver, you acknowledge the physical risks of the venue’s real-world challenges and accept responsibility for participating in them. Without a completed waiver, staff will not admit you to the challenge areas.
Information You’ll Need
The adult form collects standard identifying and contact details:
- Full legal name, entered exactly as it appears on your government-issued ID so staff can verify it at check-in.
- Date of birth, used to confirm you are 18 or older and able to sign for yourself.
- Email address, where your confirmation receipt is sent.
- Phone number for the venue’s records.
- Emergency contact: name, relationship, and phone number.
Check your spelling before submitting. A typo in your name or email can create a mismatch at check-in or send your confirmation into the void. Bring a photo ID that matches what you entered.
Signing for a Child Under 18
Level99 requires a parent or legal guardian to sign the waiver for any participant younger than 18.1Level99. Waiver A minor cannot agree to the terms on their own behalf.
On the youth form, the guardian enters the child’s name and date of birth, then provides their own name, relationship to the minor, and signature. If you’re bringing more than one child, complete a separate waiver for each. The guardian doesn’t need to be at Level99 on the day of the visit, but the signed waiver must be in the system before the child can enter the challenge areas.
At Check-In
Front-desk staff look up each member of your group by name to confirm a waiver is on file. Having your confirmation email ready on your phone speeds this along, though it isn’t required. Once your waiver and ticket are both confirmed, you receive your admission credentials and head in.
If someone in your party forgot to sign, expect to finish the waiver on the spot using a phone or an in-lobby kiosk. It works, but it adds time on busy evenings and weekends. Doing it the night before is the single easiest way to avoid a wait.
How Long Your Waiver Stays Valid
Signed waivers at activity venues like Level99 are generally kept in the facility’s database and stay valid for a set period, commonly one year from the signing date. Returning guests inside that window don’t need to fill out a new form each visit. Once the waiver expires, complete a new one online before your next trip.
If your phone number, email, or emergency contact changes between visits, update your waiver record so the information on file is accurate.
