The AT&T reward redemption form lives online at rewardcenter.att.com. Enter either your claim number or your AT&T account number, add the billing zip code on the account, click “Access your rewards,” review the offer that appears, and confirm the claim. The whole thing takes a few minutes, and you can also submit by phone at 877-528-6409 if you’d rather not use the website.
What to Have in Front of You
Your reward notification arrives by email or letter after you meet the initial service requirement, and it carries the details the form asks for. You can log in two ways:
- Claim number plus billing zip code. The claim number is printed in the notification.
- Account number (or, for wireless customers, the phone number on the account) plus billing zip code.
Either combination pulls up the same reward. Keep the notification nearby so you can cross-check the reward type (physical Visa card or virtual card) and dollar amount against what the site shows.
Submitting the Form
Go to rewardcenter.att.com, enter one of the two login combinations, and click “Access your rewards.” The page displays the specific offer tied to your account. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm, then save or screenshot the confirmation the site returns. If you prefer the phone, call 877-528-6409 and give the same information.
The Claim-By Deadline
You have a limited window to submit. AT&T gives you at least 30 days from the notification date, but the exact cutoff varies by promotion. Look for the “claim by date” printed on your notification email or letter; the same date appears on the reward tracker at rewardcenter.att.com. Once it passes, the reward expires and cannot be recovered.
Keep Your Service Eligible Until the Card Ships
Submitting the form is not the finish line. AT&T requires you to maintain and pay for the qualifying service from your activation date through reward fulfillment.
- Stay on the plan or service tier that qualified you. Downgrading or switching before the card ships can void the offer.
- Keep the account current. A missed payment during the fulfillment window puts the reward at risk.
- Do not disconnect. Cancelling before fulfillment forfeits the card entirely.
The short version: don’t change anything about your service until the card is in your hands.
When the Card Arrives
Most customers receive the reward within three to four weeks after submitting the claim, assuming service verification checks out. Virtual cards move faster because they’re delivered by email as a secure link. Physical Visa cards come by standard mail. Counted from your original installation or activation date, the full process can stretch to about nine weeks in some cases, so quiet early weeks are normal. Log back in at rewardcenter.att.com with the same credentials to track progress.
Activating the Card
A physical AT&T Visa Reward Card won’t work until you activate it. Two options:
- Online at rewardcenter.att.com/reward. Enter the 16-digit card number on the front and your billing zip code.
- By phone at 877-528-6409, using the same card number and zip code.
Virtual cards activate through the secure link in the delivery email. Activation is immediate either way.
Using the Card and Its Expiration
The card works anywhere Visa is accepted, with limits worth knowing before you spend. Physical cards can be used in stores and online. Virtual cards are limited to online purchases within the United States, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. At checkout, select “Credit” and sign if prompted. The card cannot be used at an ATM, for cash back at a register, or to obtain cash by any other method.
Every card carries a “Valid Thru” date on the front. The funds expire on the last day of that month, generally six months after the card was issued. Any balance left after that date is gone, so spend the card down promptly.
