You can submit a Jollibee job application online through the Jollibee Group careers portal or in person on paper at the restaurant where you want to work. 1Jollibee Group. Jollibee Careers The form asks for your contact details, work history, availability, and the position you want, and a hiring manager uses it to decide whether to call you in for an interview. Most people applying are after the entry-level Store Crew role, and that is the opening listed most often.
Pick the Position Before You Start
Jollibee’s U.S. restaurants hire for four position levels: Store Crew, Restaurant Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, and Restaurant General Manager. 2Jollibee. Careers, Jobs and Employment Opportunities Crew members work either the kitchen or the front counter depending on their station. Supervisors run shifts. Managers assist the general manager with food quality, service, cleanliness, cost control, and training. The general manager runs the store.
If you have no restaurant experience, apply for Store Crew. The application asks which position you want, so decide before you open the form.
What to Have Ready Before You Apply
Gather this information first. Hunting for dates and phone numbers mid-form is how people make mistakes or quit halfway through.
- Your full legal name, current address, phone number, and email.
- For each previous job: employer name, job title, dates worked, and reason for leaving. If you’ve never held a job, the application accepts that; just be ready to explain any gaps.
- The name and location of the last school you attended, and whether you graduated or are still enrolled.
- The days and hours you can work, including whether you are open to mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends. Managers build schedules around availability, so this section carries real weight.
- Names and current phone numbers for two or three references. Former supervisors are best; teachers or community leaders work if this is your first job.
You don’t need your Social Security number for the initial application. That comes later during onboarding, with the federal tax and employment eligibility forms.
Filling Out the Application
Online
Jollibee’s listings sit on the Jollibee Group careers portal. 1Jollibee Group. Jollibee Careers Go to the restaurant-based positions section, find a location near you, and open the application. Required fields are marked.
Read each question before typing. List your most recent job first in the work history section and work backward. If a field asks for a supervisor’s name or phone number you genuinely don’t have, enter “N/A” rather than leaving it blank, because empty required fields can block submission. Check your email address and phone number twice before you submit; those are the only ways a manager can reach you.
On Paper
If you’d rather apply in person, go to the Jollibee location where you want to work and ask a manager for a paper application. Use black or blue ink and print clearly. Scratch-outs and messy handwriting look bad in a job where attention to detail matters. Fill in every field, and write “N/A” where something doesn’t apply so the manager can see you didn’t skip it.
Bring your work history with you. Guessing at employment dates at the counter leads to errors that can surface during a background check.
Submitting the Application
If you apply online, review every section once more before you click submit. The portal may show a confirmation screen or send a confirmation email. Save or screenshot it; that’s your only proof of submission if a question comes up later.
If you apply on paper, hand the form directly to a manager, not a crew member at the register. Mid-morning or mid-afternoon, outside the lunch and dinner rushes, is when a manager is most likely to be free. A brief, professional introduction when you hand over the form helps you stand out from a stack of anonymous paper.
After You Submit
Jollibee doesn’t offer an online portal to track your application status. The company’s careers page tells applicants to allow several days for processing and to contact the location directly if they haven’t heard back. 2Jollibee. Careers, Jobs and Employment Opportunities
Interested managers usually make first contact by phone or email with an invitation to an in-person interview. Dress neatly; business casual works for a fast-food interview. Expect questions about your availability, how you handle busy stretches, and why you want the job. Restaurant experience helps for a Store Crew role but is not typically required.
If you pass the interview, expect a background check. Jollibee’s privacy notice says the company may run employment verification, education checks, reference checks, and criminal or civil records checks as permitted by law. 3Jollibee Group. If You’re Under 18
Jollibee hires minors for Store Crew, but federal child labor rules cap when and how long younger workers can be on the clock, and neither you nor your parent can sign those limits away.
If you are 14 or 15, you can work no more than three hours on a school day and 18 hours in a school week while school is in session. On non-school days the limit is eight hours per day and 40 hours per week. Shifts must fall between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., except from June 1 through Labor Day, when the evening cutoff moves to 9:00 p.m. 5U.S. Department of Labor. Fact Sheet 43 – Child Labor Provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act Fill out the availability section honestly: claiming you can work closing shifts when federal law says you can’t will only create problems after you’re hired.
Federal law also bars all workers under 18 from operating power-driven meat slicers, saws, choppers, and commercial bakery equipment like dough mixers. For 14- and 15-year-olds, cooking is restricted further: they can cook on electric or gas grills without open flames and can use deep fryers only if the fryer has an automatic basket-lowering device, and they cannot do any baking. 5U.S. Department of Labor. Paperwork You’ll Fill Out After You’re Hired
Once you accept an offer, two federal forms get completed before your first paid shift. These apply to every U.S. employer, not just Jollibee.
Form I-9 verifies your identity and your right to work. You complete Section 1 on or before your first day, and the employer completes Section 2 within three business days of your start date. 6U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Completing Section 2, Employer Review and Attestation You can present one document from List A (a U.S. passport, passport card, or permanent resident card each works on its own), or one document from List B plus one from List C (for example, a state driver’s license with an unrestricted Social Security card or certified birth certificate). 7U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Form I-9 Acceptable Documents Originals only; photocopies are not accepted. Your employer cannot tell you which specific document to present.
Form W-4 tells the employer how much federal income tax to withhold. For most entry-level crew, completing Steps 1 and 5 is enough; skip Steps 2 through 4 unless you have a second job, dependents, or want to adjust your withholding. The form isn’t valid without your signature and date. 8Internal Revenue Service. Employee’s Withholding Certificate
Many states and local jurisdictions also require restaurant employees to hold a food handler permit before or shortly after starting work. Ask the hiring manager during your interview whether you need to get yours before orientation or whether Jollibee provides the training in-house.
