To fill the SIR Enumeration Form online in Kerala, go to the CEO Kerala portal, enter your EPIC number, review or update the pre-filled details pulled from your record, and submit the form using Aadhaar-based eSign. Kerala’s enumeration window for the 2026 revision ran from November 4 to December 4, 2025, with the final electoral roll published on February 21, 2026.1CEO Kerala. Special Intensive Revision (SIR) Each elector must submit their own form because the eSign step is tied to that person’s Aadhaar authentication.
Before You Start
Three things need to be in order before the portal will let you finish:
- Your ten-character EPIC number from your voter ID card.
- A mobile number already linked to your EPIC record. If it isn’t linked, submit Form 8 first to add it; the online Enumeration Form will not proceed otherwise.2CEO Kerala. SIR Enumeration Form Online Filling SOP
- An Aadhaar record whose name matches the name on your EPIC exactly. The eSign step compares the two, and a mismatch will block submission.
Step by Step Through the Online Form
The workflow on the CEO Kerala portal is short but strict about sequence.
- Enter your EPIC number from your 2025 voter ID card.
- Choose the category that applies to you: your name appeared in the last SIR roll, only a parent’s or grandparent’s name appeared, or neither exists in the roll.
- Review or enter the household details. If you were in the last SIR, your existing record is pulled up for review. If only a relative was listed, enter that relative’s details so the system can find your household.
- Complete Aadhaar verification through eSign. Names on the EPIC and in Aadhaar must match.
- Preview the populated Enumeration Form, tick the declaration checkbox, and submit using eSign.2CEO Kerala. SIR Enumeration Form Online Filling SOP
Because eSign authenticates the specific elector, you cannot submit the form on behalf of a spouse, parent, or child. Each person in the household completes their own submission from their own Aadhaar-linked device or account.

- Your residential address on file.
- Serial number, part number, and the assembly or parliamentary constituency that locate your entry in the roll.
- Date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format.

The Election Commission has confirmed that linking Aadhaar with the voter ID is voluntary and that consent is captured separately through Form 6B.4Press Information Bureau. No Documents Are Uploaded

If You Are Not Already on the Roll
The Enumeration Form is for existing electors. If you turned eighteen on or before January 1, 2026, or moved to Kerala from another constituency, you register with Form 6 instead. Form 6 asks for your full name, date of birth, current residential address, and the name of a family member already on the roll in that area if one exists. You also attach a recent passport-size color photograph, 3.5 cm by 3.5 cm, frontal view. Applicants between eighteen and twenty-one need age proof such as a birth certificate or school-leaving certificate, and every applicant needs proof of ordinary residence, such as a utility bill, bank passbook, or ration card.5CEO Delhi. After You Submit
